What is the minimum deposit percentage for CKL? The minimum deposit is 20%, but you can pay a higher percentage.
What is the maximum term for paying off a lay-buy order? The maximum term is 6 months.
Are there any additional fees or interest charges? There is a one-time, non-refundable service fee, but there are no interest charges.
Are there any late fees? There are no late fees, but missed payments can result in order cancellation and a cancellation fee.
When will I receive my goods? You will receive your goods upon final payment. If it's a pre-order and you finish paying before the items arrive, they will be shipped upon arrival.
How do payments work? Laybuy sets up automatic recurring payments (through PayPal) using the linked card.
Can I pay off my lay-buy early? Yes, you can pay off the remaining balance early by contacting admin@cklcountryandkids.com.au or through your CKL account.
What happens if I miss a payment? You and CKL will be notified. Contact us within 24 hours to avoid cancellation of your order.
How do I check my lay-buy plan? You can log in to your PayPal account and go to settings >> payments >> pre-approved payments.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order at any time. You will be refunded the deposit and any amount paid minus the service fee and 10% of the total order as a cancellation fee.
What is the cancellation fee for? The cancellation fee covers restocking costs.
